Martin Luther King Speech

This typography book a concept based design of MLK's speech. The concept behind the design is divide, discrimination and racial oppression. I have shown it only through typography lines.

Dog Poop Bags Packaging

Jeff Koons Dog poo bags are a kitschy, fun alternative to otherwise generic pet sanitary products. They have a twist and a touch of humor. They come in 3 different sizes according to the size of your pet, and the bags differ in size too.

Logo for Future Foundation

This is a logo I designed for non profit organization called Future Foundation which works with youth that are at risk and who are from disturbed backgrounds. The logo shows the initials (FF) combined in a way that it forms the negative shape of a leaf within them. It tries to show that what they do in the organization is an organic process and their main aim is to make sure the child blooms into a well-balanced human being.

Chocolate Packaging

This is packaging redesign for Scharffen Berger, a dark chocolate maker. The concept behind the redesign is 'passion' and the experience of eating chocolate. I wanted to emphasize the fact that the company is a dark chocolate manufacturer- so I corresponded the intensity of passion with the percentage of cocoa content. I have also written the copy- these are thoughts, reasons and occasions on which a person eats chocolate.

Mapping Project

This map is a visual representation of two personal journeys in my life- 1 is material : a 4 hour journey tracking a tiger in Corbett National Park. The second one is a 4 year journey pursuing a graphic design education. I have used lines and circles of different thicknesses, weights, and in different compositions as an abstract representation symbolic of the major events that mark these two journeys.

Happy Hour Newspaper

This piece is an experiment with typography. It takes the form of a newspaper. The concept behind this newspaper is happiness- the articles in the newspaper are inspiring and motivational- and the design of the piece corresponds to the mood. Yellow is the 'happiest' of all colors. It is fun to flip through and each page is contrasting, yet the designs flow easily into other pages.

Poster

This is a poster for a glass art exhibition called Tangents. The poster shows the beauty and color of glass art, with varying opacities and the layering of glass over glass.

Typography

These pieces are a part of an exercise involving experimental typography.

Photography

The photograph of the tree is for a concept called 'worm's eye view'. I tried to capture the texture of the bark, shadows and light in this shot.

The second photograph is called 'shoot a fruit'. I played with complementary colors which adds the most contrast.

Logo for Teavana

This is a logo for a tea company called Teavana. The logo is subtle and simplistic, but it conveys that the tea is fresh, light and organic.

Logo for the Atlanta Tap Project

The logo for the Atlanta Tap Project combines a glass of drinking water, and the refection of it shows an 'A' for Atlanta. This is a national campaign by UNICEF which was given to us as a project, and we had to create a logo specifically for Atlanta.

Stationery Suite

This is a stationery suite for artist Jeff Koons. I designed the logo and the collaterals using his life, philosophy and work as a pop artist.
